I can’t say enough great things about this dealership, and I have even more wonderful things to say about my salesman, Terry Layman. I bought a Chrysler Pacifica from Huffines at the end of April 2020, an and I have even more wonderful things to say about my salesman, Terry Layman. I bought a Chrysler Pacifica from Huffines at the end of April 2020, and the entire process was so easy! I had been searching for this type of vehicle for about a week, I found the one I wanted at Huffines, and Terry was in contact with me within minutes. He really was such a pleasure to work with. We did everything over the phone (I live about 4 hours away from the dealership) and he had EVERYTHING ready for me when I got there a few days later. Not only did Terry go out of his way to make sure my experience was great when purchasing, but when I needed a new battery for the van about 3 months later, he made sure to take care of me AGAIN, and offered to have the dealership pay for the battery. How many dealerships continue to take care of their customers AFTER they make a purchase? Not ones I’ve purchased from in the past. It’s not buy and then be done with you at Huffines, they truly care about their customers and I’ve never been treated so well when buying a vehicle. Never! I will forever recommend this dealership, they are the BEST! More
