DJ, We're happy to see that Rudy and our team were extremely accommodating during the car-buying process. We do see you left just a 3-star rating. If you did experience any issues and you would like to discuss them further, please don't hesitate to contact Sales Director, Jonathan Lord, at (951)-694-0575 or jlord@tvtoyota.com. Thank you. Regards, Tom Rudnai President
