My wife and I were very impressed with the inter personal skills of each of the individuals we encountered. We were treated as if we had been regular customers even though this was our first experience with Wilde Toyota. Chris Walczak could not have been more informative and accommodating in making sure that we had all of the information we needed to make a decision in making our purchase. Kevin Nelson made sure that we had the opportunity to thoroughly go over the vehicle to make sure that all of our questions/concerns were answered. When completing the sales documents Mikhail Ageyev made sure that we understood the paperwork that we were signing and provided us with our credit rating reports that validated that we were responsible customers. After the purchase the was an intermittent light that indicated a problem with the passenger door air bag. In bringing this to Jeff Cox's attention he performed a diagnostic check on the vehicle that isolated the problem and he took the necessary steps to rectify the problem. He was extremely accommodating in trying to return the vehicle to us. For us this was a very unique purchase for us since this was to be our son's car and he would be traveling to North Carolina after his Marine Military Leave after a tour in Japan. It was paramount to us that he had as safe a vehicle as possible. With the genuine experience we had with everyone at Wilde Toyota we were convinced that our son would have a good highway experience upon leaving our home. Our son entrusted us to find a vehicle for him and we were fortunate to find a vehicle at Wilde Toyota and the exemplary staff facilitated every aspect of the decision to purchase this vehicle. As a family we have purchased 3 vehicles from Wilde: a used 2007 from Wilde Toyota; a new 2012 from Wilde Honda; and, a new 2012 Wilde Subaru. Great experience with no pressure I really enjoyed the laid back environment that Kevin and Doug created. They let me look at any and all vans I wanted to as well as test drive, while I really enjoyed the laid back environment that Kevin and Doug created. They let me look at any and all vans I wanted to as well as test drive, while answering questions about what I was looking for. Having done a bunch of research from 3 different sources and many dealerships, I had a good idea of what good prices were. I knew what I was looking for and once I was ready to get some numbers together for my trade on the van we wanted, the pricing was more competitive than other dealers. Any issues I found were taken care of with no hassle by Doug and Kevin. The last issue was keys. The van only had one set and Chris quickly offered me to stop by and get another one made. Overall great selection and service with an awesome experience. See you for our next one. More

I went in with the intention of getting the brakes adjusted on my Corolla and decided I wanted to look at Camry's since I needed to refinance my Corolla anyway due to a divorce. I drove 2 different Camry's, but wanted to think about it. Kevin told me to take the car home and drive it overnight, so I did. I never drove my Corolla again. When I went in 2 days later to do the paperwork, Chris was able to get my ipod adapter moved from my Corolla to my Camry while I was doing the paperwork. Vicki was great and understood my situation and what I was going through and did her best to get the price where I needed it to be while making sure I was taken care of. Everyone did a great job and was looking to get me the right car, not just any car. More

I have been here before and the customer service has always been top notch. On this visit I was interested in looking for a newer used car. Spoke with Chris Walczak and he welcomed me and put me with his top sales person Rob Davis. Rob was incredible. He took me out in the lot AFTER I told him what I was looking for. He understood where I was coming from and showed me a plethora of different cars just to find out which one I felt the most comfortable in. After I decided which one worked best for me the fun part started. He then showed me the same model in a bunch of different varieties such as color and equipment and explained everything top to bottom for me. You know the great thing about Rob and Chris.... I didn't feel pressured at ANY time. In fact, I am pretty sure I could have just said no thank you to the deal and he would have let me leave and told me to think about it. I like that kind of sales team. I want to be heard and not just directed to what is going to make the most money for the sales person. Went in and he described the payment process and heck... I even asked for a few extra perks put into my car like automatic start and a better radio and he worked with me on the price. Overall, I will never go anywhere else to buy any of my cars as long as these two gentlemen are there. Every person that I know that asks me about my car or where to get a car... they will be directed to these guys. Thanks for making my car buying experience a great one. More

Just bought a second vehicle with Robbie. He worked very hard to make sure I made the right choice. Communication was great throughout the process, whether by phone, email or text. It took some time and going over several vehicles, but he and Chris enabled me to spend enough time with the one I ended up choosing for my wife and I to get comfortable with it and -- very importantly -- allow it to be evaluated by my trusted mechanic. The price Wilde had on the Kia Sportage I purchased couldn't be beat in the Milwaukee market. Their trade offer exceeded what I had been offered elsewhere by more than $500. Their financing rate was very competitive as well. What's not to like? More
