"Nice staff, great selection, very casual"
I had an overall satisfying and comfortable experience. Don was very accommodating and casual, and the whole team made all the paperwork a relatively quick and efficient snap - they handle all that so wonderfully at Wilde. However, when I traded my car in, I accidentally left some valuables in a small compartment above the glove box (the trade off happened quickly, I was a little zoned out by the process, I'm sure I'm not the only one that has done that). Two days later I called Don to inquire if there was any chance I could still reclaim my stuff, and he said he'd look into the state of things the following day and he never got back to me. I can't help but think the helpfulness ends after the sale is made. But, he did throw in some floor mats. But the car I bought already had floor mats, and the freebies don't even fit. So that was generous, but unnecessary. I'd rather have the keys to my safe back, my parking permits, etc.. EDIT: Apparently Don had left me two voicemails - he indeed was able to recover my belongings, securing them at his desk until I was able to come in. Exceptional service!
"Purchasing a vehicle "
Nico was extremely helpful and made it very easy with the purchasing process. He answered any questions we had and if didn’t have answer he would check on it and get back to us. I was surprised to get an email/follow up from him checking to see how everything is going - great customer service, normally you buy a car and you don’t hear from that person.
Chris was wonderful! Funny and provided excellent information. Again, made everything simple and easy. Just a very caring person overall.

Our salesman Don B. made our purchase a great experience! A very personable man! High quality customer service skills. Took time to give the opportunity to test drive numerous vehicles until we found the perfect one ( for us.) Would recommend him to everyone!
