Called and spoke to salesperson "Kevin" about a 2018 MB AMG GT C they have for sale on Wednesday. He said he was at the Cincinnati dealewrship but the car in question was at their other location. Kevin assured me he would have the car brought oveer to the Cinciunnati location first thing the next morning (Thursday). Said he would call me that morning. I never received a call as promised so I called about 5:30pm Thursday. Another salesperson said he would get Kevin the message as Kevin had been busy that day. Kevin has never had the professionalism to even return the call. Today is Sunday and have never heard back from Kevin or MB of Cincy. If their response is this poor for a sale, could you imagine what their service department must be like after the sale? I would steer clear of these 2 Ohio dealerships! More

Extremely disappointed by the whole purchase experience. I ordered a custom build and wrong dates were promised for the vehicle to arrive, multiple times. Then they took a week to process it after I was tol I ordered a custom build and wrong dates were promised for the vehicle to arrive, multiple times. Then they took a week to process it after I was told my vehicle was a ‘priority’. I was able to track the car and see it was sitting in their parking lot but they straight up lied saying it’s not there yet. When it was finally processed, few options I paid for were missing. Sales manager promised I’ll be receiving a gift package from Mercedes-Benz for the ‘inconvenience’, which never arrived as well. I’d never buy a Merc from this dealership again. Florence and Fort Mitchell dealerships are miles better than Cincinnati or West Chester. If you think BMW customer experience is the worst, try this dealer. More

Recent Used Car Purchase I recently bought my first used MB remotely and Chris Walker made the experience really easy! When I asked for additional photos, Chris quickly oblig I recently bought my first used MB remotely and Chris Walker made the experience really easy! When I asked for additional photos, Chris quickly obliged by going in to the office on a Sunday. All in all, the whole process from start to finish with the car being transported to TX, took approximately two weeks. My only very minor issue was if you are remote, do not expect to be the top priority only because I wasn't physically in the showroom. Thanks MB of Cincy for a great first time virtual purchase!!!
