I wanted to purchase a 2014 C63AMG 50 Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati, I want to thank you for your patience in dealing with my very specific purchase. I wanted to purchase a 2014 C63AMG 507, a very unique limited production vehicle. I called every dealer in the United States who had one of these cars to specifically try and get what I wanted. None were able to make a deal, much less give me a discount. However, Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati was able to get me exactly what I wanted with a discount within 10 days. I want to personally thank Dana Hackney, Jack Hoffman and Chris Walker for their kind diligent efforts in dealing with me and also getting my dream Mercedes at a very fair price. My experience with Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati was by far the greatest car buying experience to date. From my initial contact with Mike Campo educating me on the car to the sale and delivery from Chris, eve the greatest car buying experience to date. From my initial contact with Mike Campo educating me on the car to the sale and delivery from Chris, everything was top-notch. I never felt pressured into my decision and my every question was addressed and explained to clear any uncertainties I may have had. I am especially impressed with the level of interaction after the sale remaining at the same high-level. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I look forward to returning for my wife's vehicle. More

My experience was let's just say unique. The car originally advertised and sold to me did not have the options it was supposed to have due to the wrong sticker being on the car. I didn't realize thi originally advertised and sold to me did not have the options it was supposed to have due to the wrong sticker being on the car. I didn't realize this until I got home with the car. After discussing what I thought were substandard fixes to the problem, the only resolution given to me at the end by the dealership was to bring the car back and my money would be refunded. What kind of resolution is that? I still didn't have the car I thought I bought at the price I bought it at. I didn't actually get the car I wanted until I called my attorney and even then I had to bring additional dollars to the deal to get the car with the right options because the car I thought I bought originally was not available. I think that stinks! I don't believe I should have had to bring in any additional money, as it was not my error, but I did, as the car I received was newer and included a few additional options the original car did not have. I'm not an unreasonable person or looking for anything for free, but I really don't think I was treated fairly considering the circumstances. What should have been one of the best and most enjoyable purchases I ever made turned into a battle and a nightmare. I haven't heard from the dealership since other than the mailings to buy accessories. I know I will buy another Mercedes, as so far I do love the car, where that will be or where I go for service remains a question at this point. In 35 years of buying cars, I thought I'd seen it all.
