Worst Dealer ever Chevy dealers in general are not the most pleasurable people to work with but Elco tops the list of worst by a long shot. If you don't mine being hass Chevy dealers in general are not the most pleasurable people to work with but Elco tops the list of worst by a long shot. If you don't mine being hassled like you're in an interview, pushed around, rushed into the decision and treated like you're just a dollar bill then don't go here. We started by searching all over the internet to find the perfect car for my boyfriend and we found that at Elco. We took a drive up there to look at it. We liked it, talked about it and decided to go back up there to see what they would give him for his car and see some numbers, ya know, the usual. It's started with a low ball quote for our cruze. Still, refusing to even deal with is for the trade in, we came to the discussion of the price of the new sonic we were interested in. Chris's exact words and I quote " we are a no haggle dealership" which right there would make anyone walk away. And not to mention the rudeness in the tone of his voice. It's safe to say, I didn't like that saleman from the start. He talked my boyfriend into heading to finance to " look at numbers" before a purchase. We got a finance guy that was there for 5 days prior so he was relatively new, which is fine! He kept beating around the bush and after fifty mins into finance, he trys to get us to sign papers without even giving us payment prices!!! We got out at that point and went back to the used buliding to get our old keys back and leave. He has already put out keys away and cleaned up the new car!!! We finally got our keys and left. Not even a Mile down the road, we got calls from the dealer trying to reason with us. Even text messages for Chris which was bothersome. Don't go here for your best interest. There are better ones out there. More
