I test drove the vehicle for a day, and then found another one that I liked better at a different dealership. Chris was very helpful and informative, but never pushed me to make a purchase. My final decision on which car I purchased was due to Chris and his outstanding customer service. He was much more personable and understanding than the other dealership.
