They have very good mechanics there, but it took two and a half months to get my truck fixed. There was to much red tape between the warranty people and Ford motor parts company. This cause me money being w a half months to get my truck fixed. There was to much red tape between the warranty people and Ford motor parts company. This cause me money being without transportation. I would like to say that Chris Weaver was very good in giving me updates on the process and his communication with the warranty company. I would bring my truck back for future work. More

Was told it would take 3-5 days, waited 7 business days and they said someone was working on right now. Picked up the next day, and asked if they were busy and the person said its been dead all week.
