Our new purchase with Adel Chrysler So to start off.. I was and I'm quite hard to deal with sometimes. I only had one mission and that was to buy a car that my wife seen on the internet. They started off with their selling strategies but me being me I cut it off right from the start. I had no intention on being there for any extended period of time. Been in the automotive business for quite sometime as a tech, service writer, manager and also a owner. What I found with the sales staff, financial staff and management is that they are all top notch and are extremely good at dealing with hard to deal with customers like myself. They will go completely out of their way to win you over. They still make you feel like you matter even though you weren't easy to deal with. I will definitely go out of my way again and drive out of town to their dealership even though there are similar dealerships near me. Soooo.
