Took suv in for repairs they wanted 1400 dollars for work they already had done. Tried to take advantage of the wife til I called them. Ended up being less than 200. So it’s service and management. I absolutely despise the old school, 'tooth-pick in the mouth', coin-flipping type of sleazy salesperson that we've all had to deal with, and I'm glad to say this was not my experience. Chris and the staff at UCK were delightful, helpful and DIDN'T play games. He asked me what I was looking for, I told him what research I had done and he provided his experience with what I was searching for to make sure I had ALL of the correct information to make an informed purchase. I'll recommend him to anybody until I'm blue in the face. More
