We bought a used truck from this dealership and had an overall awful experience! We saw the truck online and reached out. We had a 5 month old baby so we wanted to work out as much as we could ahead of ti overall awful experience! We saw the truck online and reached out. We had a 5 month old baby so we wanted to work out as much as we could ahead of time. We discussed with Chris 2 to 3 times before we drove to Boulder from Fort Collins. They had sent us a link to do a vehicle trade in evaluation. We reiterated over and over that it was very important to us that this be as smooth as possible as we had a little one. We paid a deposit and told them as long as the vehicle drove well in the test drive that we would be purchasing it. We told them ahead of time that we were bringing out own financing. We had an appointment scheduled ahead of time, but when we arrived the truck was not pulled up. The test drive went well and we sat down to purchase and everything fell apart. We should have taken it as a sign when we sat down and he couldn't log into his computer because he let his password expire and he didn't know how to reset. This was only the beginning of a complete cluster of an experience. No paperwork was prepared and they started low balling us on trade in even though we already had an agreed upon price. Finally came to an agreement on price and then they tell us if we don't use their financing we can't take the truck that day. We were already several hours into the process so we agree to use their financing because the manager promises he can match our rate. Another close to two hours pass and finally sit down with finance, and he starts rushing us through paperwork. First problem, they only put my husband on the vehicle and we like to have our vehicles titled in both names just in case. He tells us he would have to start all over and it would be several more hours, at this point we were already past bedtime. We say whatever and move on. We get several more papers in and we have never seen terms, just a payment amount. I ask him what our rate is and he says why does it matter, your payment is where you wanted? I say it matters because I want to know and it is not just the payment that matters. He tells us the rate and it is 2% higher than the one we have. We tell him that's enough we are leaving. We get up and walk out and as we are leaving all the sudden he says oh look at that I just got another rate back and it is the same as yours! Even though we waited on finance for hours they still couldn't find time to wash or detail the truck before we took it. Overall it was a very skeezy, negative experience and we ended up spending close to 8 hours at the dealership for something that should have been very straight forward and arranged ahead of time. Overall Chris was nice enough, but seemed lazy, didn't have anything prepared, and couldn't follow through on the trade-in we agreed on ahead of time. Also was no help when everything fell apart with financing. More

Took 7 hours to process the sale and financing, and I was given a total of 5 minutes to look at paperwork. Was really low balled on my trade it, by $5000 less than kelly blue book and other offers. Really uncomfortable. More

Chris did a fantastic job with our purchase of a Rav4 plug-in hybrid. That model is VERY popular; he was able to find the version that we wanted, and helped us thru the multiple steps of completing our p plug-in hybrid. I cannot recommend Chris Williams enough. He is not your typical pushy car salesman trying to pressure you or get you in and out as fast as possible. This was the best experience I’ve ever ha He is not your typical pushy car salesman trying to pressure you or get you in and out as fast as possible. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. He was highly motivated and dedicated to not only getting the deal done, but making sure that I was taken care of along the way with all the details despite having such a demanding job. This dealership is well organized and has a lot to offer on used cars. After years of leasing several Jeeps, I couldn't be happier to make the switch to Toyota and to have purchased with Chris. He made the experience that much better and once I picked up my car everything was as advertised. 10/10! Corwin should be proud to have Chris on the team. Thanks again Chris!! More
