I loved the Boulder Toyota dealership when it was operated by Larry H Miller. I trusted them and their ethics. I have always enjoyed the service department as well, even as the transition took place into Corwin being the new owner, I am sad to say that Corwin Toyota as a sales facility has completely lost my trust. They were unable to procure a title for 5.5 months for a vehicle that I was financing and they took no accountability for it. Even after multiple emails showing up on site to speak to someone. The only thing they offered me was a few oil changes for which I had already purchased with them.- and which they never credited to my account. My last email has still been unanswered. And the last time I showed up to talk to someone, I waited for 30 minutes only to learn that the second in charge had already left for the day. This transaction that I trusted - has caused me more distress and took out the joy of becoming an owner of a vehicle that I loved very much. Needless to say, I will not be visiting the sales department at Corwin Toyota again unless they are able to repair. More
