Our experience with this dealership was very good because of the work of Chris Wilson and the sales manager Scott. After a price was agreed to by phone and upon arriving at the dealership to close the deal of the work of Chris Wilson and the sales manager Scott. We left the dealership very upset, but the next day Chris Wilson along with the help of Scott the sales manger and after several calls from Chris we were able to agree on a price that we could accept. We returned to the dealership and purchased the truck. We we very impressed with the work of the dealership and especially Chris Wilson to help us and we left very satisfied with the dealership and will return in the future for other purchases and service More

It was a Saturday afternoon and I was at Harry Robinson just looking for a new suv. Me and my parents were still in our vehicle driving around the lot. Chris met us at our car and confined me with his friendly attitude to look at vehicles. He helped find the vehicle I want and before I knew I was convinced to go ahead and sign the deal. I have a new 2011 Ford escape and I owe it all to him for his guidance and understanding. Thank you for all of your help even though I was a nervous reckless. After several hours of driving aroung looking at trucks My wife and i came to Harry Robinson looking around. As we talked back and forth looking at trucks trying to find the best one that suits me and my budget my opinion of the "car salesman" started to change. Chris genuinely cared about my concerns and answered any question my wife or i had. He wasnt pushy and was willing to do what ever it took to make sure we were satisfied. From offering us lunch to make a great deal on a grill ;) Chris is probably one of the best salemans i have delt with. Thanks Chris!!!!! More

My husband and I went to Harry Robinson to look for a good used vehicle. When we arrived we were greeted by Chris Wilson. He was very friendly and really listened to what we were looking for. WE ORIGINALLY HAD GONE TO A KIA DEALERSHIP IN FORT SMITH AND THEY JUST COULDN'T OFFER US A GOOD DEAL! MY HUSBAND HAD PURCHASED HIS FIRST TRUCK FROM HARRY ROBINSON AND SAID THEY WERE GREAT SO WE DECIDED TO HEAD THAT WAY. SURE ENOUGH WHEN WE ARRIVED WE HAD CHRIS MEETING US OUTSIDE! HE WAS SUPER NICE AND PATIENT WITH US! EVERYONE IN GENERAL WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL! THEIR LOBBY WAS COMFY AND THEY HAD A NICE PLAY AREA FOR MY 20 MONTH OLD TODDLER WHICH IS A PLUS AND MADE IT EASIER ON THIS MOM :)CHRIS NEVER GAVE UP ON US AND I'M GLAD HE DIDN'T BECAUSE I LOVE MY NEW CAR! I explained that my credit wasn’t the best, and he said that he would do whatever he could to get me the car I wanted.
