They had the make and model of used vehicle we were looking for with all of the features we wanted and since it was a certified used vehicle it came with an extended warranty. The Ford Escape was offered at a fair price and I received a reasonable allowance for my trade. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Friendly, courteous staff that worked hard to get us a vehicle we could afford. Everyone went out of their way to be courteous and to be as quick as possible. I did my research before arriving at the dealership so I knew what vehicle I wanted to test drive. I had also been in contact with Justin Rash sales associates prior to my arrival via email/phone. Upon my arrival I was pleased to see the Escape I had been considering was out front and ready for my inspection and test drive. I was promptly greeted and made to feel relaxed and not pressured by anyone. I am pleased to say I purchased a new vehicle. David Towner was very helpful answering any and all questions I had due to Justin not being able to be there at time of purchase. He was very thorough explaining all of my new vehicle's options and hardware before I left. Chris York made the payment process go quite smoothly and easily! Thanks to everyone.
