Not courteous made me and my son feel like he was less than pleased to help us. Never introduced himself even after I introduced my son any myself. I had to ask him to take my offer to the manager which w than pleased to help us. Never introduced himself even after I introduced my son any myself. Very rude when we couldn't make a deal and I decided to leave it was an awkward silence with no "thanks for coming in" or "have a nice day" just awful. There was no conflict or any reason during our interactions that could have warranted this attitude. Disappointed More

I saw the used car I had been looking for on Lithia's webpage and contacted the dealer through the "contact" email web applet on their webpage. I was contacted back promptly the next day (my original ema webpage and contacted the dealer through the "contact" email web applet on their webpage. I was contacted back promptly the next day (my original email was in the late evening) by Chris Young. There was a safety/recall issue with the vehicle that has to be dealt with before I could purchase it, but Chris kept me updated about the process and when the vehicle was ready for purchase the process when quickly and smoothly. I really appreciated the communication through the whole process. I felt taken care of and did not feel any pressure with Chris's time--even though this was not a top-dollar new vehicle. It was a great experience for me, and I would recommend Lithia and, in particular, Chris Young, to anyone. Thanks again, Chris! More
