Had a horrible experience with the finance department. It took me weeks to get a Hyundai Extended Warranty. Finally got ahold to a guy named Brandon Pallottino who took forever to get me a correct quote...... then I found out that Brandon left. Finally, got a random email with a docusign contract for a Extended Warranty and the information on it was wrong. So I literally had to drive to the dealership demand to talk to a Finance person David Cossairt and we had to undo the wrong contract and then create another one with the correct information on it. Total mess very disappointed in the process and the service... More
