I didn't have confidence in my credit at all, she showed me I could get something newer and still have a comfortable payment with only taking a little bit out of my pocket to get there! Megan was awesome to work with. Your dealerships deceptive pricing tactics are what is getting you a negative review. Be honest with pricing don’t hit me with 5-8K extra at closing. The aggresive in your face tactics with the finance team is aweful. I hated the entire thing. Also not working with my prearranged financing via USAA is just a punch in the face for veterans. I was greeted at the door by Joseph, who asked if he could assist me in any way…he was very nice and didn’t make me feel pressured. I asked Josep to show me a Palisade, so he’s got the keys and off we w could assist me in any way…he was very nice and didn’t make me feel pressured. He did an excellent job going over the vehicle and demonstrating all of the features…after that Joseph gave me his number and I told him that I would be back the next morning with my wife…the next day he was ready with the exact Palisade we were wanting to check out together….he was awesome, once again, at showing my wife the car…we were convinced it was exactly what we were looking for…we then worked with the sales manager, Jeff, to put together a fantastic deal…he was absolutely amazing and really made us feel like we were becoming part of the Hyundai family…off to finance and paperwork guy(sorry I forget his name…we only did lots of scribbling) who took us through all the paperwork with ease…then out the door we went in our new Palisade with huge smiles on our faces! Thanks to all!!! More
