Sold my Subaru and they filled out the paper work to get a refund on my extended warranty. After weeks I tried to contact them to find out what was happening. Left messages even with General Manager. Nobody a refund on my extended warranty. After weeks I tried to contact them to find out what was happening. Left messages even with General Manager. Nobody ever returned my calls. Found out they screwed up when they sold me the car new back in 2017. They don't care about you after they make that sale. Very poor customer service More

From the sales man to the finance manager, crap service For starters “Gene” our salesman was incredibly rude to both me and my husband. Not only did he tell us we were wasting his time but that we were goin For starters “Gene” our salesman was incredibly rude to both me and my husband. Not only did he tell us we were wasting his time but that we were going all wrong when it comes to car buying. Despite this attitude and comments we needed a car so we purchased one. Then the first sales manager who’ never actually showed us our credit report just some fudged numbers he made up in excel “took care of us” at least this guys smiled while he was sticking a thumb up out xxxxx. Then after leaving with such a sour tastes in our mouths we had to unfortunately go back to get our warranty cancelled out. We refinanced because we quickly caught on to this scam and when we went in CHRIS YSLAS cancelled our extended warranty and then because we had refinanced told us to request a buy out confirmed they Subaru Chase. That was over 2 months ago. I have emailed CHRIS I have called the store. I have shown up and since he’s not there no help was given to us. I’m over this. I should have received a check in the mail for the cost of the extended warranty cancellation but nothing. Not a word from CHRIS or O’Brien Subaru. Guess who I’m not recommending to my in-laws who need a car. This garbage place. Once they sell you a car you’re dead to them. Like I said xxxx service with a smile. Drive a little farther out of fort Myers and go to another dealership. Oh and before I forget on a positive note Carlos the salesman. Only redeeming quality of this place. He’s actually a decent human being and had I met him before GENE he would have my patronage for like. Hire more Carlos and less Genes. More
