The sales team were efficient and easy to work with to deliver the vehicle we wanted. Unfortunately, the financial CS person we delt with made several errors, including listing the incorrect mailing addre deliver the vehicle we wanted. Unfortunately, the financial CS person we delt with made several errors, including listing the incorrect mailing address on our registration and HMF documents, causing unnecessary delays and problems. The problems were noticed very early and were conveyed to the finance CS with assurances that all had been corrected. Unfortunately, non of the errors were addressed until I reached out to the DMV Registry and HMF personally. More
