I cannot recommend Kevin, Romar, Chris, and Erin at Burien Chevrolet highly enough. This was hands-down the best car buying experience of my life—and I’ve been through a few. Even with an upside-down loan situation, there was zero pressure, just friendly, honest, and professional help every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt good about my purchase. I bought a used vehicle, and they ensured all the service was up to date before I drove off the lot. No corners cut. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in, treated me with respect, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy. Truly a night-and-day difference from every other dealership experience I’ve had. Oh—and as a cherry on top—they even hooked me up with a free roof panel storage bag for my new Wrangler.
