Wouldn't recommend selling this dealership your used car or trade-in. Took them 2 weeks to get my check to me, and the sales rep lied and said he was "overnighting" it to me. When I asked the sales rep why or trade-in. Took them 2 weeks to get my check to me, and the sales rep lied and said he was "overnighting" it to me. When I asked the sales rep why I hadn't received the check he referred me to the UPS tracking website and told me to look it up myself. Then when I get the check I see they didn't tell me my ex-wife's name would also be on it, even though I brought in all the legal divorce paperwork that said I got the car, which they readily accepted. When I asked why the paperwork was enough to meet the State's legal requirements for a car sale, but it wasn't enough for the dealership to leave my ex-wife's name off the check, the reply was "because it's our policy". They just don't tell customers that's their policy. Went all the way to the top and spoke with the GM of the dealership, and he couldn't have cared less. More
