I went to her regarding what I felt was unlegitimate charges for no services rendered basically. She took the time to listen to my concerns and considered other things I shared with her to speak with a charges for no services rendered basically. She took the time to listen to my concerns and considered other things I shared with her to speak with a mechanic and find a better solution to hopefully resolve my issue. When I originally picked up the car not everything was completed as promised but as soon as Monday arrived she had us back in the office with the vehicle to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. More

Chrissy and Austin were both very helpful and kind. Sal seemed indifferent, I felt as though I was inconveniencing him. I’m not certain if it was because it was busy and I didn’t have an appointment bu Sal seemed indifferent, I felt as though I was inconveniencing him. I’m not certain if it was because it was busy and I didn’t have an appointment but dropped in due to a tire blow out. I ended up being there for four hours. Upon arrival I had a young man greet me, he stated someone would be with me directly. I waited for 30 minutes before, going back and asking about when my car would be seen. Sal walked by and the young man let him know that I had spoken to him on the phone and was waiting for my car to be looked at. Sal passed it off to Austin which was fine, Austin did a wonderful job assisting me. I’ve been using this locations service center for 23 years and have experienced this before. More
