Later Chrissy Chrissy sought me out to explain there was a slight delay in order to accomplish a recall item, however this didn't make the time required for my service to extend beyond what I expected. Battery was good and seat belt in back was causing rattle. REGAL was either totally incompetent or fishing for work. Will never have any work done there again. Shady and dishonest. More
