Unfortunately nothing has changed since my last encounter with this dealership, in factttttt; it’s gotten worse. Last time I left a review which was over a year ago, I stated my vehicle was making a loud squ with this dealership, in factttttt; it’s gotten worse. Last time I left a review which was over a year ago, I stated my vehicle was making a loud squeal noise and I had brought it in on multiple occasions to have it fixed. Every single time, the vehicle was given back to me and service stated that the issue had been resolved. Fast forward to now.. my jeep has been at the dealership for exactly one month. I have gotten ZERO updates in regards to my vehicle. If I want an update, I need to literally hound down my service advisor for an update. This time around, they stated that my break booster needs to be replaced. I regret buying my vehicle here, I wish I could go back and go to ANY other dealership. This has been by far the worst experience with a dealership I’ve ever had. They will make you feel special to get your business and soon after it’ll be like you don’t even exist. They will ignore you and disregard any and all your concerns. I’ve been paying rentals out of pocket, continued making my car payments and of course, they could care less they are in no rush to get my car back to me. Please avoid the headache and shop else where. This is the only dealership I’ve ever done business with that is this careless!! More
