It was easy to make an appointment for my 10k service but it seemed especially busy when we arrived. There was some difficulty figuring out where to go, A woman employee walking by was especially help but it seemed especially busy when we arrived. It did take,almost 2 hours which was actually about what I had originally expected instead of the much shorter time I was told. All in all service was good, the service rep was friendly and professional. I think my next visit will go much more smoothly. More

I came in for a 30,000 mile check up. It was supposed to cost me $214 but it ended up only costing me $188.
