Since purchasing a new 2021 Navigator, we have encountered persistent issues, including oil burning for two years. Despite our attempts to contact the sales and service departments, we have receiv encountered persistent issues, including oil burning for two years. Despite our attempts to contact the sales and service departments, we have received no responses. The dealership’s customer service and vehicle reliability have been consistently inadequate. Furthermore, the dealership imposed a non-negotiable leather warranty on our vehicle, which has resulted in the deterioration of the seats within a short period. Unfortunately, the sales and service departments have failed to provide timely assistance in addressing these concerns. More
