My relative and I stayed at this dealership for 9 hours with the intention on leaving with my vehicle after spending a lot of time and money we expected to ride off the lot with a vehicle we weren’t offere with the intention on leaving with my vehicle after spending a lot of time and money we expected to ride off the lot with a vehicle we weren’t offered a loaner because of the the title not being sent over in a timely manner and was instead put in a Uber to leave I had very important plans for my best friend birthday and staying at this place for an excessive amount of time hindered me from being able to do what I needed to do as well as forced me to lose out on money I paid for my event tickets this was bad for business and I wouldn’t refer anyone here please void any previous ratings as they were done early on and I was not aware that I would be handled the way I was this evening it is now eleven after the hour pm and I am just leaving this place from two pm this afternoon the sales rep him self was ok although he was very new he was trying his best to keep us calm but of course really didn’t know the severity of what was happening.
