The way an online shopping experience should be. I bought my 2022 Acura MDX on December 25th. I live in Houston but made a deal on the phone the previous Saturday.. No haggle pricing. Chris Hernande I bought my 2022 Acura MDX on December 25th. I live in Houston but made a deal on the phone the previous Saturday.. No haggle pricing. Chris Hernandez was my sales man and did a great job. I actually flew down from Houston to the airport where Chris picked me up and I was out the door in about an hour. I had one small issue with the second key fob that was the wrong one and didn't work for my MDX. Chris told me that they would do their best to get a second key at a later time because I was immediately driving back to Houston. Well, it took a while but 7 weeks later they got my second key. Chris was able to get the salesperson who took the vehicle in to call the previous owners for 7 straight weeks and was able to get them to bring the correct key in. The dealership Fedexed the key to me over night and it works! It was a miracle really and a testimony to the service at this dealership. The new spare key costs $700.00 at my local Acura dealership here in Houston to get a new one which I ended up not having to do. Great job to everyone at Clark-Knapp Honda. More
