The dealership is a functioning dealership with the basic essentials. I dealt with Duke and Angel. Both of the sales reps were very knowledgeable and great to work with. I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I was going to buy the new 2025 CX-5 model. After the finance manager told me that my loan had been approved, he added a hidden fee of $2,000 on top I was going to buy the new 2025 CX-5 model. After the finance manager told me that my loan had been approved, he added a hidden fee of $2,000 on top of the price we had agreed upon. He said that I was required to pay this fee for GAP insurance. In conclusion, after my loan was approved, they attempted to sell me the car on which we had agreed at $43,500 for $45,544. More
