Dealership has terrible sales people, they are overpriced ( probably have to pay for all that overhead they have with the new dealership) and overall sales people were very unfriendly. Sales person got snipp ( probably have to pay for all that overhead they have with the new dealership) and overall sales people were very unfriendly. Sales person got snippy with me because I told them I was going to price shop. If you want to get ripped off I suggest you only shop this one place. Woodhouse in general has gone way downhill...... I went in to look at a Santa Cruz, and after spending a couple hours at the dealership put a $1000 deposit down on the deal we had made. After we left the dealer called and said that he had messed up and i couple hours at the dealership put a $1000 deposit down on the deal we had made. After we left the dealer called and said that he had messed up and it was going to be $3000 more than what he had told us. I asked for my deposit back since they had changed the deal, he told me no problem. It took 3 phone calls and 2 weeks but I got my deposit back. More

He showed us the car we were looking for, let us take it for a test drive and ordered the car for us as soon as we made our decision. We were in and out of there in less then an hour and were not pressured into anything and shown the best options for us between purchasing and leasing.
