The car buying experience at Koons was much easier than I anticipated. As someone who is very skeptical of any type of salesman, Christian came across as very genuine and wanting to help me make the best dec anticipated. He was essential to my decision in pulling the trigger on buying the vehicle because of his knowledge of the vehicle and candid advice. Christian and his supervisor also showed some flexibility in giving me a good deal on new tires, which I really appreciated. I would/will recommend this Koons branch to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle, and I would especially recommend Christian, who truly felt like a friend, and not just a salesman, after the purchase was made. While working with Oleg in finance, I did feel a little more pressure to buy an extended warranty after telling him I didnt want one, but he was willing to be flexible on cashing my check an entire week after I took the car, which was incredibly generous and much appreciated. Christian Johnson and the manager Ali were superb in every way, and truly made a difference in our buying experience. We were at the Arlington used Car lot Koons dealership a few minutes before closing, and Christian and Ali stayed with us for three more hours discussing all the vehicles available. I felt bad about keeping them there so late, but the two of them kept a smile and worked with me, my wife, and my father-in-law to ensure that we received the service support that any professional would offer. We ended buying a vehicle from Koons because of the trust they built with us in those few short hours. What these two individuals did went beyond the normal work requirements expected of them. Great experience! I have dealt with other dealerships in three different occasions, and my experience at Koons Arlington Toyota was by far the best. Christian was atten I have dealt with other dealerships in three different occasions, and my experience at Koons Arlington Toyota was by far the best. Christian was attentive and respected my needs and my budget. He was not there to make a deal, he was there to help me and my family throughout the car-buying process. I actually left the dealership and came back the same day to buy my car. Christian was not the typical pushy and aggressive salesman, and I confess that's what made me come back. I purchased a 2017 Toyota RAV4 XLE and I could not be any happier with my choice. Oleg was very professional and easy to talk to while finalizing the documentation (which can be the most dreading part). He made the process easier by being personable and answering all my questions.
