it has been a very good service experience this time, people are very kindly with knowledge to tell me what is needed to get done this time. Felt like a Wal-mart auto center vs a high end auto service center. I have been there twice now and never a loaner available. I discussed about a tear in the rear arm rest leather and they said not th service center. I have been there twice now and never a loaner available. I discussed about a tear in the rear arm rest leather and they said not their fault. No one has sat back there to get a tear. I mentioned about gas fill cover coming off and they said not their fault. The BMW is only 1 yr old and I bought an extended warranty. More

I just took my BMW in for a diagnosis and they were able to give me a ride to work and had the diagnosis ready much quicker than I was anticipating. Great service and great communication.
