Outside of work, life is full of energy and compassion with my partner and fur babies: 3 mischievous cats and 2 loyal dogs--a playful Golden-doodle and a regal Akita. I am sorry, but I felt like this dealership does not respect me as a woman single woman over 70 especially when it comes to the purchase of Perelli tires recently and not acknowledging the claim warrant respect me as a woman single woman over 70 especially when it comes to the purchase of Perelli tires recently and not acknowledging the claim warranty I needed for a blowout of my tire while traveling have made contact with the BMW of North America to file this complaint, but moving forward will probably have very little to do with the BMW dealership. We were very happy with our quick service at BMW! Austin got us right in, and was even able to supply a loaner vehicle at the last minute for us. He was very helpful! Their techs were very quick and Austin got us right in, and was even able to supply a loaner vehicle at the last minute for us. He was very helpful! Their techs were very quick and our service was finished much faster than we thought. We liked how they provided a video of the inspection, which included the status of multiple items. We appreciated the car wash, too! We wish other brands' service departments were this good and easy to work with. More
