This was warranty/recall service and not part of any regular service on a vehicle not sold by Walser. Christian did a great job and was very helpful. I was disappointed that after spending an additional $600 on none warranty repairs, the car was returned unwashed. I have a BMW M850i at my home in FL and that vehicle has always been serviced by the same dealer....Fort Myers BMW. They wash every car before it is returned to the customer. I think that is a must! One disappointing note as the recall warning that I see on my dash is still there and the tech didn't "reset" that. That & the car wash was the reason for the 4 out of 5. More
