The new car journey I took with Christian was astounding. I came to Metro Lexus looking to replace my 1999 RX-300. I wanted something sporty, and unique, and Lexus. The new car journey I took with Christian was astounding. Christian knows cars in general, and everything about Lexus in particular. If he didn't know an answer to one of my far-out questions, he quickly researched it. Since the Lexus RC F is rare around here, the one I wanted had to be ordered. It arrived at Metro Lexus four months and three weeks after being ordered. Yea! During this time, I would query Christian now and then about the cars progress. When new information was available, he quickly shared it with me. The delivery finally came, and the car was made ready in just a day. Christian then smoothly moved me around Metro Lexus seeing the appropriate people to get the paperwork done as expediently as possible. Christian went over the car with me in general and had a delivery specialist go over the some of the car’s technology features. Christian seamlessly coordinated everything from pre-sales, to sales, to ordering, and to delivery. Christian also said without hesitation, if I have any questions down the road, send him an email or give him a call. I most likely will do that. He was 100% professional and I will see him again for that next Lexus. Amazing. More

2 months of looking for a new car! This was the best! We came to metro Lexus after Christmas after looking for several months at other cars. So many choices! We couldn’t have asked for a kinder better sales person than Christian. The entire dealership is first class. Every single person is professional and friendly and most important “competent.” Danae in finance was terrific explaining all our options and Yasmeen was wonderful explaining the technology. It truly was a team once it came together. We left with a Lexus NX yesterday and felt real good about the car and the entire metrolexus experience. I have already recommended the dealership and Christian to others. We looked for a new car since nov 1- 2 months of going everywhere! From Brunswick to Cle heights. This was by far the best! More
