He was straightforward about pricing and genuinely respectful of our time and needs. In the finance department, Jeff was equally impressive. He explained the available products like warranty packages clearly, without pressure or sales tactics. He was concise, efficient, and approachable—never making us feel confused, talked down to, or overwhelmed.
