However, the sales staff were lacking in their understanding of the financing process. I asked several easily understood questions about the price/purchase summary sheet and they were not able to explain to me why after calculating the payments backwards the purchase price was then much higher than the labeled purchase price on the sheet. I had to speak directly with the sales manager and finannce staff to understand it. I think that if a salesperson is trying to get me to buy in on what they are offering in financing they should be able to answer simple questions about it. How can you sell something and not be able to explain to the purchaser why it costs what it does? Overall, good visit. More

Who could have foreseen the vehicle we selected, while in transit, had been selected for a quality inspection? My wife and I have now purchased three trucks from Paradise, and have always found the staff eager to help meet our needs during the process. Our experience with Cody, Christian, Jimmy and the rest of the staff was pleasant and entertaining learning how close the team works together. The team worked diligently to expedite our vehicles delivery regardless of the unforeseen process inspection. But, one thing I learned in my 42 years in aerospace, there is always room for improvement. We have no doubt that this team will find ways to improve the process for their future customers. More
