Lou Long made the experience a positive one! We came to Paradise Cadillac not expecting to buy a car that day, but instead just to look at vehicle that had the interior/exterior color combination We came to Paradise Cadillac not expecting to buy a car that day, but instead just to look at vehicle that had the interior/exterior color combination we were interested in. Lou Long showed us the car and let us and the kids take a test drive. Lou was very knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of the convenience/safety technology the car had. He was patient with our questions and answered them thoroughly. After the test drive and looking at the car, Lou asked what we thought of the car and what it would take for us to buy it. We weren't really expecting to buy that day, but the car was beautiful and we knew what we wanted to spend. Without pressuring us and playing the "back and forth" game, Lou took our offer to Christian, who worked with us to get very close to a price we were comfortable with. After agreeing on the price, all that was left to do was the paperwork. Lou, Christian, and Ryan (from financing) did what they could to get us out as fast as they could (at this point, everyone was hungry and the vending machine wasn't cutting it). Lou was very helpful in setting us up in the the new car (connecting phones and On-Star, transferring car seats, etc) and let us know that he is available for any further questions we may have. Although, the car needs to be taken back for a detail and minor adjustments, whole experience was a positive one. We just love our new car and look forward to having a great relationship with this dealership! More

I had two straight forward questions regarding the truck invoice and actual sale price. My questions were answered directly and quickly. I've made a lot of purchases over the years and know how this process works. These two gentlemen did not try to obscure the facts, and it was quite a relief. In my view, you should be proud these two guys are on your team. Once we agreed on the numbers, they followed through and we were out of the dealership in no time.
