The entire team did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with the experience led by Jaramy LaLonde along with Thomas Hornsby and Christian Stovall. For 30 years we drove BMW’s. We own 3 Audi’s and that will probably be 4 in a year or so. The cars are fabulous, but the service matches the quality of the vehicles. It has been an A+ experience. More

5-star experience from start to finish! Sam and JP were extremely welcoming on my first visit and again when I returned a few days later. Jeff D was a pleasure to work with - he assisted me Sam and JP were extremely welcoming on my first visit and again when I returned a few days later. Jeff D was a pleasure to work with - he assisted me with two test drives and many, many questions, then ultimately helped me buy a stunning 2022 Q3. Mike B was very attentive and checked in several times throughout my visit to make sure I was well taken care of and answer some additional questions. I ended the day with the financials and paperwork, which were super smooth, thanks to Stephen R, who was patient and thorough. Upon a return visit, I met with Eric M in Service and tech Christian S…as with the rest of the crew, both were extremely friendly and armed with all of the answers I needed. It is clear why Audi Dallas has such a great reputation and so many positive reviews. More

From our first online contact with Adam Figureroa to our excellent salesperson, Jaramy LaLonde, to Alli Gantt in fina They deserve at least 10 stars. From our first online contact with Adam Figureroa to our excellent salesperson, Jaramy LaLonde, to Alli Gantt in finance - we could not have had a better experience. We had searched all over for a 2022 Q7. From the time ours arrived in port until it reached the dealership, we were contacted almost daily. Jaramy treated us as if we were her only customers. Although we live out of state, she & Alli have gone over & above to be sure everything was & is going well. Christian Stovall also spent a long time on the phone helping us with Audi Connect. The best customer service we have EVER received. We know why they are rated 1st in their region & 4th in the US! More

From the moment I walked in the door, I knew Audi Dallas was different. Dusty Craig welcomed me and asked if I would like him to help me. I did and he followed my lead without any pressure. I described what I was looking for and he found the perfect car for me. It all seemed too easy and it was just that easy. I’ll recommend Audi Dallas every chance I get.
