From the beginning, Philip was kind and personable and even though my husband was with me, Philip talked to me (not my husband) as I am the buyer, treated me with respect and patience, respected my boundaries. Philip explained everything to me, clarified each function, and provided honest suggestions and recommendations. Then he introduced me to the service department advisor and explained what will be needed for the first service check-up and what I should be expecting to come. Then he took me to the finance manager, Christiano Valencia, who in turn, explained what warranties were available for me. Although he presented different options, he was very polite and respected my choice and option. He was patient with me and what I chose to purchase. Above all else, I very much appreciated Philip and Christiano because they were not pushy. They did not try to push their opinions on me or anything I didn’t care for.
