Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing your visit, we confirmed that the applicable TSB is not covered at your vehicle’s mileage, and any related repair would be out of pocket. During your first visit with us, we completed a full inspection at no charge and provided a courtesy loaner while our master technician evaluated the concern. At the time of inspection, we were unable to duplicate or verify the condition described. We would never recommend or perform an out-of-pocket repair without first confirming the issue. We understand how frustrating intermittent concerns can be, and we’re happy to re-evaluate the vehicle if the condition becomes more consistent or worsens.
