If you want the absolute best care for your family vehicle, you need to visit Kia North Danvers. They don’t just talk about customer service; they "preach it and live it," treating every visitor like vehicle, you need to visit Kia North Danvers. They don’t just talk about customer service; they "preach it and live it," treating every visitor like family. The experience starts with the easiest and nicest check-in process I’ve seen in years. You drive directly into a glass-enclosed bay where they perform a high-tech 360-degree photo scan of your car right in front of you—talk about total transparency and respect! The staff is top-tier. Christina Cain provided professional, informative, and pleasant advice on our service and warranty. A huge thank you to Service Manager Joe Giacometti, a true gentleman who handled our transmission issue with a precise diagnosis and expert help with warranty work. He has kept our Telluride running like new since the day we bought it. Because this is an employee-owned dealership, there is a level of accountability and teamwork across Sales, Service, and Parts that you won't find elsewhere. You truly get more than you pay for here. If you want your "miles tomorrow to be better than those driven yesterday," this is the place to go! More
