I've been in the market for a pre-owned Bronco for a while and have been very patient and selective, waiting for something I fell in love with, and then I came upon this listing and BAM! Alejandro Silv while and have been very patient and selective, waiting for something I fell in love with, and then I came upon this listing and BAM! Alejandro Silverio went to bat for me, as I'm a shrewd customer, it took me walking out and then waiting for that concession phone call the next day, but it came in as a text. Before reading it, I knew the car was mine. He's a good guy, new to the business, but like I said, he will step up for you and try. Anthony the finance guy was great... low pressure and honest. I rolled a killer bumper-to-bumper warranty into the financing that protects me until 2030 or 100k for mostly anything except parts that wear, due to use, and regular maintenance. They also gave me a reasonable amount for my trade-in, saving me the trouble of getting repairs done and listing it privately, avoiding the tire-kickers and the dreamers with no money. They didn't even try to low-ball me after finding a few things wrong with the trade-in. I appreciated that greatly because I would have just walked out again and waited for the second concession call the next day, lol. 😁 Overall, I wound up buying the Bronco and feeling good about the end-result. Was the entire process perfect? No. But buying a car is very stressful, even for people who have money and know how to play the game... Because that's exactly what it is. More
