Great car buying experience I came to this dealership after a bad experience at a different dealership. Christy (internet sales rep) had emailed saying they could match the price I came to this dealership after a bad experience at a different dealership. Christy (internet sales rep) had emailed saying they could match the price quoted by the dealership I had previously gone to. I came to Norm Reeves Honda and Christy introduced me to Susanna. Susanna was great, she listened to my previous experience with the other dealership and made sure she got me the same great deal I had been offered. She went above and beyond to get me a deal that would work for me. Both Susanna and Christy stayed until almost 11 PM on a Sunday to make sure I got my new car washed. After getting my car, Susanna still spent some time with me showing me how to use the features of my new car. I got to say she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great shopping experience. The first time I came to her, she let me test drive the car I wanted & talked to me about pricing and how the process of buying a car is like (since she knew I was a first time buyer). She was very patient, listened to all my concerns. I didn't buy a car from her the first time because of personal problems but I promised her in 2 months i'd contact her again to buy the car! 2 months passed and I came to see her again. Christy is very understanding, will communicate with you, answer all your questions, and make sure you know what you are buying. She's also very sweet! Car dealerships intimidate me as a first time buyer but she made it very easy and relaxing. She set up the car and everything so when I came in, I just had to sign papers and be done.
