There aren't too many of these around. My wife spoke to Christy Nuval the evening before. Christy was great at following up and accommodating to our needs and questions. Most of all she kept the vehicle reserved for us. She knew the process very well so that right after the test drive and agreeing to purchase the vehicle, she had it going through the car wash and final inspection. This saved us additional time from waiting after Finance. Most of all she was patient with us when negotiating a final price, very thorough with explaining the vehicle's features, and made us felt confident in our purchase. Overall a smooth transaction! Christy Nuval replied in less than 24 hours, agreed on a price over the phone, she took my information, and she started getting the paper work ready and the car detailed so i can meet in the evening after work and close the deal without spending the typical 4 to 6 hours in a dealership. Christy was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, I took the car for a test drive, then went to finance, then car delivery with thorough instructions about the vehicle from Christy all in about 2 hours . Christy followed up the next morning with a phone call , to see if i had any additional questions about the vehicle. The dealership is super clean and state of the art , it was definitely worth the trip there. More
