Overall, I had a very good experience with the service department. The service was done correctly, and it was completed on time. I am not sure if I interacted with Christina Randall, which is why I wasn't department. The service was done correctly, and it was completed on time. I had forgotten that with our service plan, this particular service did not cost anything - this was indeed a wonderful surprise. More
