The manager Joel Moralles is a disgrace to this Toyota. He does not know how to behave with customers. The agent Eric told us that the price of the car is $27340 and we asked if he could give it for $26000 He does not know how to behave with customers. The manager, Joel came to our table and told us that he can give the car for $26K but he has to take out the tires first. Then he told me that even if we go to Japan and try to buy this car for $26K, we won't be able to buy it for $26K. He also told us that if he gives us the car for $26K, am I gonna pay the salary of agent Eric? When we let him know that his behavior was rude and he can't behave with any customer like this, he didn't seem apologetic at all. He was defending himself by saying that there are lots of customers who buy car from here because of him. He even told me that why did I drive more than one hour from NJ to his dealership to buy the car. Overall this guy does not deserve to be in this job. I would ask Toyota Corporate to look into the matter. More

We bought a new vehicle at this location that fits everything we wanted in a truck. When researching online, the online team, including Linda Brown and Rob Garrison, immediately answered our request f everything we wanted in a truck. When researching online, the online team, including Linda Brown and Rob Garrison, immediately answered our request for information, and a meeting was set up for a test drive. We showed up a little early, and Fernando Bender was there to welcome and help us out. We drove the truck in a loop near the dealership, which took us on the road, highway, and residential areas to get a feel for the vehicle. The total price of the vehicle was presented, and the dealership gave us paperwork to review on our own. When we returned, the truck we test drove had just been sold (we should have put money down!), but they had a similar vehicle on the lot that still met our requirements. When we discussed pricing and vehicle packages offered, Ray Sperbeck (sales manager) and Fernando provided fair cuts to the overall cost. Once everything was solidified, we had to return the following day to complete the purchase, and Kyle Wheeler assisted us (Fernando was not in that morning). We absolutely appreciate everyone we met and recommend the location for your vehicle buying needs. More
