One of the easiest service processes ever. Called and scheduled service in under 2 mins. Dropped the car for service - the team did a thorough check and found some issues. The people are great at Audi Flemington the issue is with the systems. Service and Parts systems aren’t integrated and the customer experience is terrible as a result. When I first called about getting m the systems. Service and Parts systems aren’t integrated and the customer experience is terrible as a result. When I first called about getting my a4 front camera replaced the service person was able to pull up my account using caller ID I think. Great experience. She transferred me to parts and it took 5 minutes for him to find me in the system. Once he found the part he had to leave me on hold to go back to service to get the cost of installing the camera and calibration. As my appointment approached service called and told me they needed me to email them the quote from Parts. I was also told I would have to pay for the part prior to service, but that didn’t happen. To be clear the people are not the issue. The lack of investment in a seamless system makes their jobs hard and the client experience frustrating for no reason. More
