Ciocca Audi has made the decision to significantly reduce the size of their loaner fleet and will not provide or reimburse for a rental vehicle—even for warranty repairs. While scaling back the loaner program is one matter, offering no transportation alternatives whatsoever—particularly for warranty-related service—is a different and more concerning issue. My new A5 convertible was the 4th Audi from Flemington Audi. The reason I have gone back again and again is that everything and everyone there is top notch. Stay away; purchased 2 vehicles this year from here and referred several people. I will be going to Audi bridgewater for sales and service now. What happened to customer service? Bought my SQ5 in 2019 and all was fine. Subsequent experiences were sub par. Service people were always difficult to deal with; bad attitudes. Except Christine who was always pleasant. I called Jon Budd multiple times with questions on my pre-purchased mtce. He never bothered returning my calls. I bought 2 cars there worth over $100K. Guess this is how they treat you. But that’s fine. I’m enjoying my brand new high end BMW I bough elsewhere. I wave as I drive by Flemington Audi, never to set foot in there again. More
