We went to the dealership to get information on a possible purchase at a future time, Adam greeted us and spent quite a lot of time answering every question we threw his way. Adam was very knowledgeable about the product but not a bit hesitant about confirming anything he was not 100% sure of. The garage was great and we felt no pressure, leaving informed. Two weeks later when we purchased a 2020 HRV, once again the Lundgren staff was excellent. Adam went above and beyond in helping us through each step. We are Honda buyers some 30 plus years and have never had such a comfortable, no pressure experience. More
