He took the time to help us figure out if our car seats would fit in our new vehicle, even having another staff member let us borrow his to do some test fitting. He also took the time to text me after work hours to make sure our financing would work for us. I wish all salesmen had the same approach that Russell had. Very friendly. My experience at Lundgren Honda was amazing. I decided on a car before I went down to the dealership. They worked fast. They were able to take my CRV as a trade in and I was driving awa amazing. I decided on a car before I went down to the dealership. They worked fast. I just bought my first brand new car with Jayson Navarro here. Not only did he get me everything I asked for, (Even $1000 more than my trade in was originally appraised for) but their insurance agent saved here. Not only did he get me everything I asked for, (Even $1000 more than my trade in was originally appraised for) but their insurance agent saved me $137 a month on my insurance policy. I wasn't there for my than 2.5 hours. I've never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership. It was so much fun I might even throw my kids birthday party there!! More
